ISF U15 Gymnasiade 2025 Welcomes Record Participation

As delegations from nearly 60 countries and regions arrive in Serbia, the stage is set for the largest ISF multi-sport event of the year – the ISF U15 Gymnasiade – Zlatibor, Serbia 2025.

Since its inaugural edition in Serbia in 2021, the ISF U15 Gymnasiade has grown steadily in size and scope. This year’s edition is set to welcome approximately 4,000 participants, including nearly 3,000 student-athletes, marking a new record in the event's history.

Experts and representatives from various International Federations (IFs) have also begun arriving at the competition venues. As in previous editions, the ISF will work closely with numerous IFs to ensure a fair, inclusive, and athlete-centred competition across the event’s 22 sports, including 3 para-sports. All participants will also benefit from educational workshops on safeguarding, anti-doping, and injury prevention.

In support of the long-term development of school sport in the host country, IFs such as Badminton World Federation (BWF) and United World Wrestling (UWW) will deliver coaching workshops for local coaches during the event.

The Opening Ceremony will take place at Kraljev Trg Square in Zlatibor on 5 April at 19:00 CET, and will be streamed live on ISF TV. Free registration is required to access the stream.
