Next week, from June 21 to June 26 will start the first Combat Games in Spain, an event organized under the Aegis of the ISF.
What is the concept of the Combat Games?
One of ISF main goals is promoting values and principles among the world targeting youth population throughout sport.
Many international events have been celebrated since ISF had been created and actually 24 successful competitions are running all around the world.
In this objective, the International University of Andalusia, a very young Spanish university, is willing to launch the use of sports as an
important tool to help students developing abilities that are usually not encouraged in the class materials.

Together with the UNESCO Chair in Conflicts Resolution, they decided to organize an ISF event as a good promotion of their Corporate Identity. We decided to organize a Combat Games events as they meet many of ISF values (effort, self improvement, respect to umpires), showing the world that young people is able to fight the peace.
