On the 1st of May, The official Partner of the ISF has launched its Joy of Moving initiative at Expo Milano 2015. In this 3,600-square-meter space, children and their families can focus on playing, having fun, and being inspired, with the objective being to convey the message that active living is essential for young people of all ages.

The Kinder+Sport area includes what is dubbed the Inspiring Space, which illustrates the project, and the values that inform it, the Joy of Moving Garden, an educational installation that enables children to explore a variety of compelling physical exercises, and the Active Arena, where the focus is on innovative and original games designed to enhance children’s motor skills. These have been developed exclusively for this initiative by a panel of experts in physical fitness, movement coordination, cognitive function, and life skills.
A six-month program of events (May to October), with motor skills as the key
A wide array of international events will take place in the Kinder+Sport area throughout the Expo’s six-month run, illustrating the many Kinder+Sport initiatives that have taken place all over the world, as well as focusing on the importance of active living, not just as a source of wellbeing, but also as a part of the collective resource for the future.
